Pasadena's full-service general contractor for ADUs, new construction, commercial buildings, and roofing — plus plumbing, electrical, landscaping, driveways, stucco, and paint. One contractor, every trade, 27 years of experience behind every job.
From a backyard ADU to a ground-up commercial building, Global Enterprise LLC handles the whole project in-house — homes and commercial buildings alike, with no juggling five different contractors and no finger-pointing between trades.
Detached ADUs, attached ADUs, garage conversions, and junior ADUs — designed, permitted, and built to California code.
Custom homes and additions built from the ground up — foundation to final walkthrough, on one contract and one schedule.
Complete tear-offs, re-roofs, and repairs with quality materials and clean job sites — backed by our workmanship warranty.
Full rough-in and finish plumbing for new builds and remodels, plus repairs and upgrades for existing homes.
Safe, code-compliant electrical work — from panel upgrades to full wiring for ADUs and new construction.
Front and backyard transformations that finish the job — lawns, planting, patios, and outdoor living spaces.
New driveways, replacements, and concrete flatwork poured and finished to last — no cracking shortcuts.
New stucco, re-stucco, and patch repair with proper lath and curing — the right way, so it holds up for decades.
Interior and exterior painting with thorough prep work — washing, scraping, priming — for a finish that lasts.
It's not just houses. Global Enterprise LLC takes on commercial buildings and build-outs with the same licensed, bonded, fully insured crews — and the same warranty on all work.
Global Enterprise LLC is owned and operated by Razmik Thomas Voskanian, a licensed California general contractor with 27 years in the trades. Based in Pasadena, the company takes on the projects other contractors piece out — ADUs, ground-up construction, commercial buildings, roofing, and every trade in between — and stands behind all of it.
Every job is fully covered and fully guaranteed: licensed, bonded, carrying $1 million in liability insurance and $1 million in workers' compensation, with a warranty on all work. When you hire Global Enterprise, you get one accountable contractor from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
No pressure, no vague numbers. Here's exactly how a project with Global Enterprise runs.
Call or text us. We visit your property, listen to what you want, and give you a clear written estimate.
We handle drawings, engineering, and city permits — including ADU approvals — so your project is legal and code-compliant from day one.
Our own crews do the work with the owner supervising. Clean sites, steady progress, and honest updates the whole way.
We walk the finished job with you, fix anything that isn't right, and back it all with our warranty on workmanship.
"Razmik built a 700 sq. ft. ADU in our backyard for my mom. He handled the permits, the city, everything. Finished on schedule and the place looks beautiful. Best contractor we've ever hired."
"Our roof was leaking in two places. Global Enterprise replaced the whole roof in four days, cleaned up like they were never here, and the price was exactly what the estimate said. Zero surprises."
"One call and they did our new driveway, stucco repair, and paint. Having one contractor for all of it saved us weeks. The house looks brand new — our neighbors keep asking who did it."
"We converted our garage into a rental unit. Razmik's crew did the plumbing, electrical, insulation, everything. Passed every inspection the first time. Professional from start to finish."
"After two other contractors ghosted us, Global Enterprise showed up when they said they would, every single day. Panel upgrade and rewiring done right and inspected. I won't call anyone else."
"They redid our backyard completely — new lawn, irrigation, patio, and lighting. Fair price, honest about what we did and didn't need, and the warranty gave us total peace of mind."
Headquartered in Pasadena, we take projects across the San Gabriel Valley and the greater Los Angeles area. Don't see your city? Call — if we can get a crew there, we'll take the job.
